تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین تعادلی بر حس عمقی مفصل زانو و تعادل دختران 15-10 سال دارای هایپرموبیلیتی عمومی

چکیده

چکیدهزمینه و هدف: نقش تحرک بیش از حد مفصلی در بروز آسیب­های عضلانی اسکلتی مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. در مطالعات اخیر نقایص حس عمقی و تعادل در افراد دارای هایپرموبیلیتی عمومی گزارش شده است. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر تمرین تعادلی بر حس عمقی مفصل زانو و تعادل افراد دارای هایپرموبیلیتی عمومی طراحی گردیده است.مواد و روش­ ها: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بر روی 30 نفر از دختران 15-10 سال دارای هایپرموبیلیتی انجام گرفت. نمونه­ها به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند و میزان خطا در بازسازی زاویه زانو به صورت فعال در حالت نشسته به کمک تصاویر دیجیتال توسط نرم افزار اتوکد، تعادل ایستا و پویا از طریق آزمون­های Bass stick و Y اندازه گیری شد. گروه مداخله تمرینات تعادلی را به مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته 3 بار انجام دادند. بعد از 8 هفته ارزیابی مجدداً تکرار گردید. جهت تجزیه تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف (K-S) و آزمون تی مستقل و تی زوجی استفاده شد.یافته­ ها: اختلاف معنی­داری در میانگین زمان تعادل بعد از تمرینات در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل و در بعد از تمرینات، نسبت به قبل از تمرینات وجود داشت ( 05/0 >P ). میانگین میزان خطا در بازسازی زاویه مفصلی قبل و بعد از تمرینات نیز تفاوت معنی­داری داشت ( 05/0 >P ).نتیجه­ گیری: تمرینات تعادلی می­تواند سبب بهبود تعادل و حس عمقی مفصل زانو در دختران دارای هایپرموبیلیتی عمومی ­گردند.

Abstract
Introduction: The role of joint hypermobility in musculoskeletal injuries has been emphasized. In recent studies, proprioception and balance defects have been reported in subject with generalized joint hypermobility and suggestions for resolution of these problems to come. So, this study was done to investigate the effects of balance training on proprioception of knee joint and balance in subject with generalized joint hypermobility.
Material and Methods: This semi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design with control group. For this purpose, 30 subjects with generalized joint hypermobility Nahavand city that they were included in the study according to inclusion criteria (aged 10-15 years and BMI 20-25) selected by purposive sampling randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The position sense of the reconstruction error was measured at angle of knee 30 in sitting position via Imaged-based goniometry using AutoCAD software and static and dynamic balance measured with using of Bass stick and Y tests. Then, experimental group performed the training protocol. The protocol was eight weeks of 30-35 minute exercise and three sessions per weeks. After training, evaluation tests were repeated with similar condition pretest. Data was analyzed using Paired and Independent-Samples T test with Spps software version 21.
Results: Research findings showed that balance training protocol on proprioception of knee joint, static and dynamic balance Girls with generalized joint hypermobility experimental group compared to the control group had significant effect in the post-test (p=0/000).
Conclusion: According to the research findings can be concluded that likely the balance training (training on soft mattresses and wobble board stimulate more) lead to improvement proprioception and at a result of improvement proprioception and neuromuscular performance can lead to improvements in static and dynamic balance in experimental hypermobile subject.
