ارتباط شایستگی ادارک شده و احساس لذت از فعالیت ورزشی داخل و بیرون از مدرسه: بررسی نقش تعدیگر جنسیت

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط شایستگی ادارک شده و احساس لذت از فعالیت ورزشی داخل و بیرون از مدرسه و بررسی نقش تعدیگر جنسیت انجام شد.
روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. شرکت­کنندگان این پژوهش 350 دانش­آموز شامل 150 دختر و پسر هشتم (سال دوم دوره متوسطه)، و 200 دختر و پسر پایة نهم شهر چالوس بودند. از هر جنس به طور مساوی انتخاب شدند.  برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد شایستگی ادراک شده اسکرابیس-فلچر و سیلورمن (2010)، احساس لذت و سنجش فعالیت بدنی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۱۹  تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد بین شایستگی ادراک شده و فعالیت بدنی داخل و خارج از مدرسه در هر دو گروه دختران و پسران ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت. با این حال، در گروه پسران، بین احساس لذت در کلاس ورزش و فعالیت بدنی بیرون از مدرسه و همچنین بین شایستگی ادراک شده و احساس لذت ارتباط مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد. این روابط در گروه دختران معنادار نبود. علاوه بر این، پسران به‌طور معناداری نمرات بالاتری در تمامی متغیرهای پژوهش (شایستگی ادراک شده، احساس لذت و سطح فعالیت بدنی در هر دو محیط) نسبت به دختران گزارش کردند.
نتیجه‌گیری:‌ نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که الگوی انگیزشی دختران و پسران نوجوان برای فعالیت بدنی متفاوت است. برای پسران، احساس لذت در کلاس ورزش نقشی کلیدی در تداوم فعالیت بدنی خارج از مدرسه ایفا می‌کند و این لذت نیز با شایستگی ادراک شده آنان مرتبط است. این در حالی است که برای دختران، عوامل دیگری فراتر از متغیرهای فردی مورد بررسی، ممکن است تعیین‌کننده مشارکت ورزشی باشند. یافته‌ها بر ضرورت طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی تفکیک‌شده و حساس به جنسیت در کلاس‌های تربیت بدنی تأکید می‌کنند، به‌طوری که با تمرکز بر افزایش لذت و تقویت شایستگی ادراک شده، به‌ویژه در میان دختران، بتوان مشارکت پایدار در فعالیت بدنی را ارتقا داد.

Relationship between Perceived Competence and Enjoyment in Physical Activity Inside and Outside of School: The Moderating Role of Gender

Purpose: The present study aimed to examine the relationship between perceived competence and enjoyment in physical activity inside and outside of school, and to investigate the moderating role of gender among middle school students.
Methods: This applied research employed a descriptive-correlational design. The participants consisted of 350 students (boys and girls) from the 8th and 9th grades in Chalous city, who were selected equally from both genders. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires: the Scrabis-Fletcher and Silverman (2010) Perceived Competence scale, an Enjoyment scale, and a Physical Activity assessment scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 19.
Results: The findings revealed no significant relationship between perceived competence and physical activity (both inside and outside of school) for either girls or boys. However, among boys, a significant positive relationship was found between enjoyment in physical education class and physical activity outside of school, as well as between perceived competence and enjoyment. These relationships were not significant for girls. Furthermore, boys reported significantly higher scores than girls in all study variables (perceived competence, enjoyment, and physical activity levels in both settings).
Conclusion: The results indicate that the motivational patterns for physical activity differ between adolescent boys and girls. For boys, enjoyment in physical education plays a key role in sustaining physical activity outside of school, and this enjoyment is linked to their perceived competence. For girls, however, factors beyond the individual variables examined may determine sports participation. The findings underscore the necessity of designing differentiated and gender-sensitive educational programs in physical education classes, focusing on enhancing enjoyment and strengthening perceived competence, especially among girls, to promote sustained participation in physical activity.
