تأثیر تجسم هدایت‌شده بر استرس ادراک‌شده و اضطراب رقابتی دختران بسکتبالیست

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر تجسم هدایت‌شده بر اضطراب رقابتی و استرس ادراک‌شده دختران بسکتبالیست بود. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون بود. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل دانشجویان بسکتبالیست دانشگاه تهران بود که از نظر جسمانی و عصب‌شناختی از سلامت کامل برخوردار بودند و هیچ‌کدام با آموزش تجسم هدایت‌شده آشنایی نداشتند. از این جامعه 40 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه 20 نفره به‌عنوان گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 4 هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه و هر جلسه 50 دقیقه تحت آموزش تجسم هدایت‌شده قرار گرفتند، ولی گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. آزمودنی‌ها در ابتدا و انتهای پژوهش به‌وسیله‌ی پرسشنامه استرس ادراک‌شده کوهن (1983) و پرسشنامه چندبعدی اضطراب رقابتی بشارت (1388) مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. آنالیز داده‌ها با تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد استرس ادراک‌شده و اضطراب رقابتی بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل معنادار بود (001/0≥p). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به-دست آمده، تمرینات تجسم هدایت‌شده تاثیر معناداری بر متغیرهای روانشناختی منتخب داشت و از این روش برای کاهش استرس ادراک‌شده و اضطراب رقابتی ورزشکاران بسکتبالیست می‌توان بهره برد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of guided imagery on
competitive anxiety and perceived stress in girls basketball players.
Methods: The present study was quasi-experimental with pre-test design, post-test. The statistical
population of the present study included female basketball students of the University of Tehran who
were physically and neurologically healthy and none of them were familiar with guided visual training.
Forty people randomly selected and divided into two groups (experimental and control groups). In this
study, the experimental group received guided imagery training for four weeks, three sessions per
week and each session for 50 minutes, but the control group did not received psychological training.
Subjects were tested by Cohen's Perceived Stress Questionnaire (1983) and Bischart's Competitive
Anxiety Questionnaire (2009). Data was analyzed by analysis of covariance.
Results: The results showed that perceived stress and competitive anxiety between the experimental
and control groups were significant (P ≥ 0.001), and this method can be used to reduce perceived
stress and competitive anxiety of basketball athletes.
Conclusion: guided imagery exercises had a significant effect on the selected psychological variables
and this method can be used to reduce perceived stress and competitive anxiety of basketball
athletes.
