کارایی جمعی و هوش هیجانی در ورزشکاران سالم و ورزشکاران دارای معلولیت

چکیده

هدف: در ورزش­های تیمی، کارایی جمعی عامل مهمی در کسب موفقیت به­حساب می­آید، بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین کارایی جمعی و هوش هیجانی در ورزشکاران سالم و دارای معلولیت می­باشد.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. بدین منظور 41 ورزشکار داری معلولیت مرد از هیئت ورزشی جانبازان و معلولین استان آذربایجان شرقی و 43 ورزشکار سالم مرد شهر تبریز به صورت خوشه‌ای از رشته‌های تیمی انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش هوش هیجانی از پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی شوت و همکاران با 33 گویه استفاده شد. برای سنجش کارایی جمعی از پرسشنامه کارآمدی جمعی در ورزش با پنج عامل استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و رگرسیون چند متغیری در نرم افزار آماری SPSS 22 انجام شد.نتایج: تفاوت معناداری بین هوش هیجانی کل (014/0> p، 37/6=(1،82)F) و کارایی جمعی کل (05/0> p، 71/3=(1،82)F) در ورزشکاران سالم و دارای معلولیت مشاهده شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که از بین عوامل هوش هیجانی تنها در عامل تنظیم هیجان و از عوامل کارایی جمعی، اتحاد و تلاش تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه نشان دادند. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد هوش هیجانی در ورزشکاران دارای معلولیت 13% و در ورزشکاران سالم 57% از تغییرپذیری کارایی جمعی را پیش‌بینی می‌کند.نتیجه‌گیری: هوش هیجانی توانایی پیش بینی تغییرپذیری کارایی جمعی در ورزشکاران سالم را نسبت به ورزشکاران دارای معلولیت بیشتر نشان می‌دهد. بنابراین برای بهبود کارایی جمعی در ورزشکاران دارای معلولیت نیازمند بکارگیری آموزش‌های مدیریت هیجان در میادین ورزشی داریم.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between team efficacy and emotional intelligence[t1]  among normal and disabled athletes.
Methods: This is comparative research and the participants include healthy and disabled athletes of basketball, volleyball, football, and futsal teams of Tabriz. 41 disabled athletes and 43 healthy athletes were selected as samples. Measurement has done by Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT) and Collective Efficacy Questionnaire for Sports (CEQS) was used to assess perceived team collective efficacy. Data were analyzed by SPSS23 software using Colmogroph-Smirnov, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) a significant level of p < 0/05.
Results: According to the results there is a significant difference between total emotional intelligence and total collective efficacy among normal and disabled athletes (F(2,81)= 3.29, p < 0.042). Further analysis showed significant differences only in the factor of regulating self-relevant emotions from emotional intelligence between healthy and disabled athletes (F(1,82)= 8.12, p < 0.006). However, according to the score mean, disable athletes have a score of mean more than healthy athletes. As well, according to the multiple regression results, emotional intelligence can predict 13%  of disabled athletes and 57% of collective efficacy validity.
Conclusion: Emotional intelligence has more ability to predict the collective efficacy variability in healthy athletes compared with devotee and disabled athletes.  Results suggest that coaches for healthy athletes must use mental training for the management of emotion.
