رابطۀ خود شفقتی با ترس از شکست در دختران نوجوان تکواندوکار

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش خود شفقتی بر ترس از شکست در دختران نوجوان موفق و کم‌تر موفق رشته ورزشی تکواندو بود.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری آن تمامی تکواندوکاران دختر نوجوان حاضر در مسابقات لیگ (برتر و دسته یک) نوجوان بودند. در این پژوهش 160 تکواندوکار (80 موفق و 80 کم‌تر موفق) با دامنه سنی (15-17) به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بررسی شدند و پرسشنامه‌های خود شفقتی  و ترس از شکست  را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها از طریق آزمون‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل واریانس تحلیل شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که به‍ طور معناداری بین خود شفقتی و ترس از شکست همبستگی منفی وجود دارد و راهبرد خود شفقتی به‌صورت منفی تغییرات ترس از شکست را تبیین می‎کند، به‌علاوه، نتایج نشان داد که در مقایسه با گروه کم‌تر موفق، تکواندوکاران موفق ترس از شکست کم‌تری داشتند و به میزان بیش‌تری از راهبرد خود شفقتی استفاده می‌کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر به‍ نظر می‌رسد، راهبرد خود شفقتی نقش مؤثری در تعدیل ترس از شکست تکواندوکاران ایفاء می‌کند و تقویت این ویژگی می‌تواند برای پی‌ریزی مداخلات کاهش ترس از شکست و اثرات آن مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-compassion and fear of failure in successful and less successful adolescent girls Taekwondo athletes.Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all taekwondo athletes' participating in League competition (Premier League and super League). One hundred and sixty taekwondo athletes (80 successful and 80 less successful) were selected via Purposive sampling method and completed questionnaires of self-compassion and fear of failure. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient,liner and multiple regression method, and Analysis of Variance tests.Results: The results showed a significant ngative relationship between self-compassion and fear of failure and dementiom of self-compassion negatively predicts fear of failure variance. Addition, The data showed that the elite successful significantly have lesser fear of failure and use more self-compassion strategies than less successful group.Conclusion: According to results of this study, it seems that in self-compassion Strategy have an effective role in reducing fear of failure of taekwondo Athletes and improving these characteristic can be very useful to conducting interventions and training programs for reducing fear of failure in taekwondo Athletes.
