نقش طرحواره های هیجانی و تصویر بدن با تنظیم رفتار ورزشی زنان

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش، تعیین رابطه طرحواره های هیجانی و تصویر بدن با تنظیم رفتار ورزشی زنان بود. روش ها: روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش کلیه زنان شهر اردبیل بود که در باشگاه های سطح شهر به ورزش مشغول بودند. نمونه تحقیق شامل 150 نفر از زنان بود که به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه های طرحواره های هیجانی (22سؤال)، تصویر بدن(69 سؤال) و تنظیم رفتار ورزشی( 24 سؤال) استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده گردید. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد بین طرحواره های هیجانی و تصویر بدن با انگیزش درونی، تنظیم خودآمیخته و تنظیم خودپذیر رابطه مثبت معنی دار و با تنظیم متمایل به درون رابطه منفی معنی داری وجود دارد. و همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد متغیرهای پیش بین طرحواره های هیجانی و تصویر بدن در کل 69 درصد از تغییرات تنظیم رفتار ورزشی زنان را پیش بینی می کنند. طرحواره های هیجانی با ضریب تأثیر 23 درصد بیشترین قدرت پیش بینی تنظیم رفتار ورزشی زنان را دارد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر به اهمیت نقش طرحواره های هیجانی در تنظیم رفتار ورزشی زنان تأکید دارد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional schemas and body image with the regulation woman’s athletic behavior. Method: The research method, was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study was all woman in the city of Ardabil who were involved in sports at city level clubs. The research sample consisted of 150 woman who were selected by random cluster sampling. To collect information, emotional schema questionnaires (22 question), body image (69 question) and regulation athletic (24 question) were used. Results: To analyze the data person correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between emotional schemas and body image with internal motivation, self-adjustment and self-regulation and by adjusting the inclining to a meaningful negative relationship. Regression analysis results showed that emotional schemas and body image variables predict a total of 69% of regulation woman’s athletic behavior changes .emotional schemas with the effect factor of 23% have the highest predictive power of regulation woman’s athletic behavior.
