تأثیر تمرین بینایی-حرکتی بر فراوانی رفتارهای تکراری و کلیشه‌ای کودکان اوتیسم: مطالعه کنترل‌شده با آزمون پیگیری

چکیده

هدف پژوهش: با توجه به اینکه رفتارهای تکراری و کلیشه‌ای در فرایندهای یادگیری و ارتباط اجتماعی کودکان اوتیسم تداخل ایجاد می‌کنند؛ هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر مداخله حسی – حرکتی بر فراوانی رفتارهای تکراری و کلیشه‌ای 46 کودکان 6-12 سال اوتیسم بود. روش پژوهش: نمونه ها به‌وسیله نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند، به‌صورت تصادفی در 4 گروه بینایی – حرکتی، حرکتی، بینایی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور ارزیابی رفتارهای تکراری و کلیشه‌ای از روش مشاهده عینی و ویدئویی استفاده شد. از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی در سطح خطای 5 درصد برای بررسی داده‌های حاصل از مطالعه استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که گروه تمرین بینایی – حرکتی در پس‌آزمون و پیگیری کاهش معنی‌داری را در فراوانی رفتارهای تکراری و محدود نسبت به گروه‌های دیگر نشان داد؛ اما در گروه‌های دیگری تفاوتی با زمان پیش‌آزمون مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که مداخله بینایی – حرکتی توانسته است بر یکی از ویژگی های اصلی اوتیسم یعنی رفتارهای تکراری و کلیشه ای تاثیرگزار باشد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: As repetitive behaviors are barriers in learning and social interaction of individuals with Autism Spectrum disorder (ASD), the main purpose of this study was comparison the efficacy of a 30 session, sensory-motor training program for 46 children (ages 6-12) on repetitive behaviors of children who had autism spectrum disorder. Methods: samples was selected purposefully and randomly assigned to visuomotor, motor, visual and control group. Repetitive behaviors in this study were determined objectively by observation and video analysis. Analysis of covariance and Benfrobi post hoc tests was used for analysis data in this study. Results: the results showed that Children in the visuomotor group showed reduced repetitive behaviors significantly in posttest and follow up, while the other groups did not significantly differ from pretest. Conclusion: our study adds to the emerging body of evidence indicating that visuomotor training for children with ASD almost is an effective approach for one of the core features of ASD.
