بررسی سرسختی ذهنی در ورزشکاران ِ جوان با سطوح یادگیری عالی و ضعیف مهارتهای کشتی

چکیده

 هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش سرسختی ذهنی بر یادگیری مهارت­های رشته ورزشی کشتی در ورزشکاران جوان با سطوح مختلف یادگیری بود.روش ها: مطالعۀ حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی و جامعۀ آماری آن را دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه تهران در سال 1395 تشکیل دادند. تعداد 30 دانشجوی ورزشکار جوان زیر 23 سال که آشنایی با مهارت های کشتی را نداشتند بطور هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه قرار گرفتند و در طی سه ماه، 30 مهارت را تحت آموزش یکسانِ دو نفر از مربیان کشتی فراگرفتند. در پایان آخرین جلسه و یک هفته پس از آخرین جلسه آزمون اکتساب و یاددآری به عمل آمد. با توجه به میانگین نمرات از لحاظ یادگیری دو گروه ورزشکار با سطح یادگیری عالی و ورزشکار با سطح یادگیری ضعیف تعیین شد. ابزارهای استفاده ‌شده در این پژوهش شامل فرم رضایت‌نامه و ویژگی­های فردی، پرسشنامۀ سنجش مهارت­های کشتی و پرسشنامۀ 48 سؤالی سرسختی ذهنی بود. نتایج: پس از بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع داده­ها، نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکراهه نشان داد که تفاوت سرسختی ذهنی در دو گروهِ ورزشکاران جوان با سطوح یادگیری عالی و ضعیف از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه همه آزمودنی­ها از سطح قابل قبولی از قابلیت­های جسمانی برخوردار بودند با استناد به یافته­های پژوهش شاید بتوان گفت: احتمالاً سرسختی ذهنی یک عامل کلیدی در یادگیری مهارت­های کشتی باشد. بنابراین به مربیان و ورزشکاران توصیه می­شود که نسبت به توسعه سرسختی ذهنی جهت نیل به موفقیت ورزشی توجه خاصی نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The aim of the present study was investigate the role of mental toughness on learning of Wrestling skills in young athlete.
Methods: This study was semi-experimental and its population were physical education students of Tehran University in 1395. A total of 30 student-athletes under 23 years old, those who not familiar with wrestling skills randomly assigned into two groups and they learned thirty-skills training within three months by two wrestling coaches. At the end of the last session and one week after the last session acquisition and retention test was performed. According to the mean scores of learning, athletes divided in two excellent and weak performance groups . Tools used in this study included demographic consent form, a questionnaire for wrestling skills and 48 questions version of the mental toughness questionnaire.
Result: normal distribution of data into two groups was examined, then the t-test results showed that the mental toughness difference between excellent and weak performance groups was statistically significant.
Conclusions: considering that all subjects had acceptable levels of physical fitness, According to The results of this study probably mental toughness could be a key factor in learning wrestling skills. Therefore, it is recommended for coaches and athletes to develop mental toughness to achieve success in their sport.
