تأثیر کانون توجه تکلیف فراقامتی بر یادگیری کنترل قامت در پسران 9 تا 12 ساله

چکیده

هدف تحقیق: از جمله مداخلات روان­شناختی که می‏تواند بر بهبود عملکرد و یادگیری حرکتی  افراد تاثیرگذار باشد، کانون توجه است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر دستورالعمل­های کانون توجه تکلیف فراقامتی بر یادگیری کنترل قامت در پسران 9 تا 12 ساله بود.روش­ تحقیق: در این پژوهش 45 نفر از دانش­آموزان پسر، یکی از دبستان­های شهرستان ملایر شرکت داشتند که به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه 15 نفری، توجه بیرونی، درونی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. از آزمودنی­ها خواسته شد که با استفاده از دستورالعمل­های ارائه شده روی تکلیف فراقامتی، کنترل قامت خود را حفظ کنند. دستورالعمل­ها در ارتباط با توجه به میله­ای که به صورت افقی در دست داشتند (توجه بیرونی)، و توجه به دست­های خود (توجه درونی)، و بدون دستورالعمل (کنترل)، بودند.یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که، روند یادگیری در دو گروه توجه درونی (022/0=P)، و بیرونی (04/0=P)، نسبت به گروه کنترل معنی­دار است، اما تفاوت معنی­داری بین یادگیری گروه توجه درونی و بیرونی یافت نشد (794/0=P).نتیجه­گیری: این یافته­ها از بکارگیری دستورالعمل­های توجه، به عنوان راهبردی کارآمد در بهبود یادگیری حمایت می­کند. همچنین این حقیقت که کودکان می­توانند از دستورالعمل­های توجه سود ببرند، کاربردهای مهمی برای تربیت­بدنی دارد.

چکیده [English]

purpose: One of psychological interventions that can be effective on improving performance and learning behaviors is at the focus of attention. Thus, the aim of the present study was to determine efficacy of instructions on the focus of attention of suprapostural task on learning of postural control in boys with 9 to 12 years old.
Methodology: In this study, 45 boy students of one of the Malayer city schools were participated, and divided into three groups (15 people), including: external attention, internal attention and control group randomly. The participants were asked to keep their postural control by using instructions on suprapostural task. Instructions included attention on the bar horizontally held in their hands (external attention), their own hands (internal attention), and no instruction (control).
Results: The result showed that learning process in both internal focus group (P=0.022), and external focus group (P=0.04), is significant compared to the control group. However, no significant differences were found in learning between external focus group and internal focus group (P=0.794).
Conclusion: The findings support of applying the attention instructions as an effective strategy to improve learning. Also the fact that children can take advantage from the attention instructions, has important applications for physical education.
