مقایسه روابط مربی- ورزشکار در ورزشکاران نوجوان رشته های تیمی و انفرادی شهر کرمانشاه و ارتباط آن با اعتماد به نفس

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق مقایسه رابطه مربی- ورزشکار در ورزشکاران نوجوان رشته های تیمی و انفرادی و ارتباط آن با اعتماد به-نفس ورزشی می باشد. شرکت‌کنندگان این تحقیق شامل 300 ورزشکار پسر با میانگین سن (92/1 ±40/16) بودند که به طور تصادفی- طبقه ای از میان ورزشکاران نوجوان شهر کرمانشاه، انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه رابطه مربی- ورزشکار (CART-Q) جووت و تومانیز (2003) و پرسشنامه اعتماد به نفس از زیر مقیاس تست اضطراب مسابقه ورزشی شماره 2 (CSAL-2) که توسط مارتنز، ولری و بورتن (1990) تهیه شده است، را تکمیل کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی، برای مقایسه از آزمون t و برای تعیین ارتباط از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره در سطح معنی داری01 /0 <p  استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون t نشان داد که ورزشکاران در رشته های تیمی و انفرادی ارتباط با مربیانشان را به طور متفاوت درک می کنند. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون یک ارتباط مثبت معنی دار بین رابطه مربی ورزشکار با اعتماد به نفس و تحلیل رگرسیونی نیز قابلیت پیش بینی اعتماد به نفس را از روی مؤلفه های رابطه مربی ورزشکار آشکار ساخت. می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که ورزشکاران در رشته های انفرادی نسبت به ورزشکاران در رشته های تیمی احساس نزدیکی و صمیمیت، تعهد و مکمل بودن بیشتری با مربی خود گزارش کردند و رابطه مربی- ورزشکار بهتر، اعتماد به نفس بالاتری را در بر دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to compare the coach-athlete relationship in team and individual sports in adolescent athletes and its relationship to their sport self confidence. Participants were 300 male athletes with mean of age (16.40± 1.92) which be selected randomly-startified of adolescent athletes in Kermanshah, and completed Jowett & Ntoumanis (2003) coach-athlete relationship questionnaire and Self-confidence questionnaire of the subscale of Competitive State Anxiety Inventory 2 (CSAI-2) made by Martens, Vealry and Burton(1990). Descriptive statistics for data analysis, t-test for comparing and multiple regression for correlation in significance level of P<0.01 was used.
Results: T test results showed athletes in team and individual associated with different coaches to understand. Pearson correlation coefficient showed a significant positive correlation between the coachathlete relationship and self-confidence in athletes. Regression analysis revealed that the self-confidence can be predicted from closeness, commitment, and Complementarity components.
Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that athletes in team and individual sports perceived their relationship with coaches differently, and athletes from individual sports reported being closer, more committed and more complementarity to their coach and the better the coach-athlete relationship, showed higher the self- confidence.
