مقایسه تأثیر آموزش مهارت‌های ژیمناستیک و بازی‌های آزاد بر رشد ادراکی - حرکتی کودکان

چکیده

چکیده:هدف تحقیق: هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه شایستگی حرکتی کودکانی است که در تابستان 94 در کلاس‌های ژیمناستیک شرکت کرده بودند با کودکانی است که در همان سال در کلاس‌های بازی‌های آزاد شرکت کرده بودند. روش تحقیق: شایستگی حرکتی دو گروه توسط فرم کوتاه آزمون اوزورتسکی در زمان شروع کلاس‌ها و 12 هفته بعد، پس از خاتمه کلاس‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد. پس از 12 هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه تمرین دوباره آزمون گرفته شد. برای تحلیل داده در سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 50/0 از آزمون‌های کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و تی مستقل استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که ژیمناستیک کاران در مهارت‌های حرکتی درشت، ظریف و نمره کل آزمون به‌صورت معنی‌داری برتر از گروه بازی‌های آزاد بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: صرفاً فراهم‌سازی محیط غنی برای دست‌یابی به شایستگی حرکتی کودکان کافی نیست بلکه کودکان برای دست‌یابی به رشد حرکتی مطلوب به راهنمایی و هدایت سازمان‌یافته نیاز دارند و باید مهارت‌های حرکتی بنیادی را بیاموزند و به نظر می‌رسد ورزش ژیمناستیک با توجه به نوع زمینه ورزشی آن می‌تواند بیشتر مهارت‌های حرکتی پایه را شامل شود و درنهایت شایستگی حرکتی را افزایش دهد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study was the motor proficiency in comparison with children who participated in summer 1394 gymnastic class and who participated in summer free play class that time. Methods: Motor proficiency was assessed at the beginning of classes and at the end of classes after 12 weeks with Bruininks – oseretsky test of motor proficiency. There were 15 participant in each group and the variance of pretest scores were equal in both group. After 12 weeks and tree session in each week motor proficiency was assessed again. For data analysis in meaningful level less than 0/05, kolmogrov – smirnov test, t – test was used. Results: The result showed that gymnastic group were effectively better in growth, fine and total motor proficiency scores. Conclusions: it shows that just free play in enrich environment is not enough to reach children`s motor proficiency. Also they need organized/systematic guidance. And should learn the fundamental basic movement to achieve optimal motor development. It seems that gymnastic with regard to its sport base can contain most of the fundamental basic movement and as a result improve motor proficiency.
