ارتباط بین جهت‌گیری مذهبی و آمادگی روانی ورزشکاران در سه حیطه رفتاری، عاطفی و شناختی

چکیده
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین جهت‌گیری مذهبی و آمادگی روانی ورزشکاران بود. بدین منظور 218 دانشجوی دختر و پسر (121 پسر و 97 دختر) با میانگین سنی 60/1± 40/22 سال در این تحقیق شرکت کردند و پرسش‌نامه‌های جهت‌گیری مذهبی آلپورت و ابزار سنجش آمادگی روانی اوتاوا (اُمست 3) که قبلاً برای جامعه ایرانی ترجمه و استاندارد شده است را تکمیل کردند. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندمتغیره بررسی شدند. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که بین جهت‌گیری مذهبی و آمادگی روانی ورزشکاران رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که خرده‌مقیاس جهت‌گیری مذهبی بیرونی از میان 12 خرده‌مقیاس آمادگی روانی سه خرده‌مقیاس هدف‌گزینی، اعتماد به‌نفس و طرح مسابقه را پیشگویی کرد (05/0>p). بعلاوه، خرده‌مقیاس جهت‌گیری مذهبی درونی نیز پنج خرده‌مقیاس اعتماد به‌نفس، تعهد، کنترل ترس، آرمیدگی و نیروبخشی را از میان خرده‌مقیاس‌های آمادگی روانی پیشگویی کرد (05/0>p). اما خرده‌مقیاس‌های دیگر آمادگی روانی توسط دو خرده‌مقیاس جهت‌گیری مذهبی پیش‌بینی نشدند

چکیده English

The purpose of present study was to examine the relationship between religious orientation and psychological preparation of athletes. For this reason, 218 athletes include 97 female and 121 male (22.40±1.60 years) completed Religious Orientation Questionnaire (OS) and The Ottawa Mental Skills Assessment Tool (OMSAT-3), The Validity And Reliability of these questionnaires have been confirmed in Iran. After collecting data, Pearson correlation and multiple regressions were used. The results showed that there are a meaningful correlation between psychological preparation and religious orientation. The results of multiple regression analysis tests showed that extrinsic religious orientation could predict goal setting, self-confidence and competition planning (p≤ 0/05). Moreover, intrinsic religious orientation could predict self-confidence, commitment, fear control, relaxation and activation (p≤ 0.05). But other subscale of psychological preparation couldn’t predict by religious orientation (p≥ 0.05). In sum up, According of results, there are a meaningful positive correlation between some of psychological preparation and religious orientation
