ارتباط کمال‌گرایی ورزشی با تحلیل رفتگی ورزشی در ورزشکاران: نقش واسطه ای اضطراب رقابتی

چکیده

هدف: هدف این تحقیق ارتباط کمال­گرایی ورزشی با تحلیل رفتگی ورزشی در ورزشکاران و بررسی نقش واسطه ای اضطراب رقابتی در ورزشکاران بود.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش­های غیر تجربی و در زمره پژوهش­های همبستگی می­باشد که اطلاعات آن به صورت مقطعی جمع­آوری شد. نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 267 ورزشکاران شهر یزد با دامنه سنی 21 تا 39 سال بودند که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه چندبعدی ورزشی،  پرسشنامه تحلیل رفتگی ورزشی و اضطراب حالتی رقابتی بود.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد ارتباط منفی و  معناداری بین کمال گرایی ورزشی با اضطراب حالتی رقابتی و تحلیل رفتگی ورزشی وجود دارد به طوری که با افزایش کمال گرایی ورزشی این دو متغیر کاهش و با کاهش آن افزایش می یابند. در نهایت نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد کمال گرایی ورزشی (از طریق اضطراب حالتی رقابتی) بر تحلیل رفتگی ورزشی اثر مثبت و غیر مستقیم دارد.
نتیجه­گیری: براساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر به ورزشکاران و مربیان توصیه می­شود میزان تمرکز بر استانداردهایی که منجر به شکل­گیری کمال­گرایی می­شود افزایش دهند تا از این طریق ورزشکاران مستعد تحلیل رفتگی نشوند.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perfectionism and athletes burnout among athletes with the mediating role of competitive anxiety.
Methods: The study involved 267 athletes ranging in age from 21 to 39 years old, who were selected from the Yazd city. To collect data, there were used personal information questionnaire, sport perfectionism scale, competitive anxiety inventory and athlete burnout questionnaire.
Results: The results showed a significant negative correlation between sport perfectionism with competitive anxiety and athlete. Also results of this study showed that sport perfectionism through competitive anxiety have an indirect negative effect on athlete burnout.
Conclusion: Based on our results, it can be recommended to coaches and athletes focused on the perfectionism for decrease the  anxietyand burnout.
