رابطه ذهن آگاهی ورزشی با ادراک از موفقیت ورزشکاران؛ نقش واسطه‌ای تعهد به تمرین

چکیده

هدف: شناسایی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت ورزشی از جمله چالش‌های روانشناسی ورزشی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط ساختاری بین ذهن‌آگاهی ورزشی با ادراک از موفقیت ورزشکاران با توجه به نقش میانجی تعهد به تمرین انجام شد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. تعداد 205 نفر (با میانگین سنی 80/13±67/23) از ورزشکاران رشته‌های تیمی و انفرادی به صورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، از پرسش-نامه‌های ادراک از موفقیت ورزشی، تعهد به تمرین و پرسش‌نامه ذهن‌آگاهی ورزشی استفاده شد. برای بررسی روابط ساختاری بین متغیرها از روش آماری مدل‌سازی مسیری ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS2.0 و Spss22 استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان دهنده ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌دار بین ذهن‌آگاهی ورزشی و تعهد به تمرین با ادراک از موفقیت ورزشکاران بود. همچنین ذهن آگاهی ورزشی از طریق متغیر واسطه‌ای تعهد به تمرین نیز موجب تغییر در ادراک از موفقیت ورزشکاران شد به طوریکه وجود متغیر میانجی تعهد به تمرین اثر کل را به طور معنی‌داری افزایش داد (85/4t=).
نتیجه‌گیری: توجه ویژه به مقوله ذهن آگاهی ورزشی حائز اهمیت می‌باشد، چرا که افزایش ذهن‌آگاهی ورزشی نه تنها به طور مستقیم، بلکه به طور غیرمستقیم از طریق افزایش تعهد به تمرین موجب افزایش ادراک از موفقیت ورزشکاران می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: One of the most important challenges in sport psychology is the identification of factors affecting the success of the sport. The aim of this study was to investigate the structural relationships between sport mindfulness and perception of athletes' sport success regarding mediating role of commitment to exercise.
Methods: The present study is descriptive and correlational. For this purpose, 205 athletes (average age: 23.67±13.80) from different team and individual disciplines participated in this study voluntarily. The Sports Success Perception Questionnaire, Sports Commitment Questionnaire and Sports Mindfulness Questionnaire were used to collect information. To investigate the structural relationships between variables, the statistical method of structural path modeling using Smart PLS2.0 and Spss23 software was used.
Results: The results showed that the positive and significant relationship between sport mindfulness and commitment to exercise with perceived success. In addition Sport mindfulness changes the athletes' perceived success by affecting the mediating variable of commitment to exercise, So that the presence of the mediating variable of commitment to exercise significantly increased the total effect (t=4.85).
Conclusion: It is important to pay special attention to sports mindfulness, because increasing sports mindfulness not only directly but also indirectly increases athletes' perceived success by increasing their commitment to exercise.
