رابطه سبک خودگویی با خودناتوان‌سازی بازیکنان فوتبال در شهرستان ارومیه

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطة سبک خودگویی و خودناتوان سازی در بازیکنان فوتبال شهرستان ارومیه بود. در این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی 260 نفر از بازیکنان فوتبال شهرستان ارومیه ( دامنه­ی سنی 16 تا 32 سال، 230 مرد و 30 زن) به صورت داوطلبانه شرکت کردند. ابزار بکاررفته شامل پرسشنامه­ی خودگویی و پرسشنامه خودناتوان­سازی بود. داده­ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین ابعاد خودگویی مثبت (جهت­گیری مثبت و آموزش خود برای مقابله) و خودناتوان سازی وجود ندارد، ولی بین ابعاد خودگویی منفی و خودناتوان­سازی رابطه­ی منفی معنی­دار وجود دارد (اضطراب ، کوچک­انگاری و خشم).  بطور کلی نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان می­دهد که خودگویی می­تواند خودناتوان­سازی را پیش­بینی کند. بنابراین نتایج بیانگر آن است که نباید ریشة عمل ارادی و رفتار انسان را تنها در مغز و حیات روحی وی جستجو کرد بلکه عمل ارادی و رفتار انسان را باید با در نظر داشتن ارتباطات به ویژه با تأکید بر ارتباطات کلامی که با مداخلة گفتار درونی ایجاد می­شود مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between self-talk style and self-handicapping in soccer players of Urmia. In this descriptive- correlational study 260 soccer players of Urmia (Range of age 16-32, 230 male and 30 female) voluntary participated. To collect the data Self-talk questionnaire and self-handicapping questionnaire were used. To analyzed the data descriptive statistic, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, regression analysis were used. The results of Pearson’s correlation coefficient indicated that there is no significant relation between positive self-talk and self-handicapping, But there is a negative significant relation between negative self-talk and self-handicapping. Moreover the results of regression analysis also show that self-talk can predict self-handicapping. The results indicate that not should probe root of act only in the brain and mental life he but voluntary action and human behavior must be analyzed with regard to communications.
