تأثیر ورزش‌های ایستگاهی و مهارتی بر پرخاشگری و افسردگی کودکان کار و خیابان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر یک دوره ورزش‌های ایستگاهی و مهارتی بر متغیرهای روان‌شناختی پرخاشگری و افسردگی کودکان کار و خیابان شهر تهران بود. این تحقیق از نوع نیمه تجربی و طرح پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری، کودکان کار و خیابان منطقه 12 شهر تهران در سال 1394 بود که تعداد 72 کودک پسر در رده سنی 10 تا 13 سال به شیوه در دسترس از دو خانه کودک جهت انجام این مطالعه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری و پرسشنامه افسردگی بارلو بود. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون tگروه‌های مستقل و tهمبسته استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که دو شیوة بازی‌های ایستگاهی و مهارتی می‌توانند تأثیر معناداری بر کاهش پرخاشگری و افسردگی کودکان کار و خیابان داشته باشند اما بین میزان تأثیر دو روش تمرینی بر کاهش متغیرهای روانی تفاوت معنی‌داری دیده نشد. لذا توصیه می‌شود با اصلاح برنامه‌ریزی‌های اجتماعی، شرایط آموزش و حضور در فعالیت‌های ورزشی برای تمام کودکان کار و خیابان فراهم گردد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of teaching the circuit exercise and skill on depression and aggression psychological variables of street children in Tehran. This was quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest design with a control group. The population was the street children of District 12 in Tehran in 1394 that a total of 72 boys aged 10 to 13 years were considered for this study based on availability of two children house. The Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire and Barlow Depression Scale was used. Independent samples t-test and paired t test were used for data analysis. The results indicated that circuit exercise and play had a significant effect on reducing aggression and depression of street children, but the sporting methods had not significant difference to reduce these psychological variables. It is recommended to correct the social planning, teaching and participation conditions be provided for sporting activities for all street children.
