شناسایی ویژگی‌های مربی به‌عنوان منبعی در کارآمدی فردی و جمعی ورزشکاران تیم ملی والیبال ایران

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی ویژگی­های مربی به­عنوان منبعی در کارآمدی فردی و جمعی ورزشکاران تیم ملی والیبال ایران بود.روش: در این مطالعه با رویکردی کیفی از روش پدیدار‌شناسی استفاده شد. جامعة مورد پژوهش، ورزشکاران عضو تیم­ های ملی والیبال ایران در سال 2014 بوده که مشارکت ­کنندگان (10مرد و 4 زن) به صورت هدفمند و داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. اعتبار و قابلیت اعتماد نتایج ارزیابی شد.یافته­ها: طبق یافته­ های مصاحبه، منابع کارآمدی مشارکت­ کنندگان در دو مقولة اصلی کارآمدی فردی و جمعی ارائه شد. در نهایت 4 کد تبیینی در مقولة کارآمدی فردی شامل "تشویق و انگیزه مربی"، "ایمان مربی به بازیکن"، "دانش فنی و روانشناختی" و "موفقیت­های گذشته" و 3 کد تبیینی در مقولة کارآمدی جمعی شامل " قدرت هبری"، "حمایت اجتماعی مربی" و "موفقیت­های گذشته" شناسایی گردید. موفقیت­های گذشته کد مشترک بین کارآمدی فردی و جمعی می­باشد.نتیجه­ گیری: پژوهش حاضر اهمیت دادن به موضوع کارآمدی مربیان برای رسیدن به موفقیت­های بیشتر ورزش والیبال ایران در عرصه ­های بین­ اللملی را پیشنهاد می کند.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the characteristics of the coach into account as the source of individual and collective efficiency Iran's national team athletes.
Methods: In this qualitative study of phenomenological method was used. The sample population of, athletes, members of Iran's national volleyball team was in 2014 that the participants (10 men and 4 women) purposefully and voluntarily participated in this study. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were used. Data were analyzed using content analysis.
Results: The results were evaluated for reliability and validity. The results of the interviews, participants of collective efficacy two main concepts of individual and collective efficiency were presented. The 3 code efficiency explanatory category of person, including "encouragement and motivation the coach", "Faith the coach to player" and "technical and psychological knowledge"; and 3 explanatory code included in the category of collective efficacy "of leadership", "social support the coach" and "past successes" were identified.
Conclusion: This study is the importance of the issue of efficiency coaches to achieve further successes in the areas of international volleyball Iran suggests.
