مدلیابی ارتباط بین سبک‌های دلبستگی با صفات شخصیت خودشیفته در ورزشکاران: نقش میانجیگر مشکلات بین‌فردی

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مدلیابی رابطه بین سبک­های دلبستگی با صفات شخصیت خودشیفته در ورزشکاران و بررسی نقش میانجیگر مشکلات بین­فردی در بود.
روش‌ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و هدف پژوهش کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمام ورزشکاران منظقه 17 شهر تهران و گروه نمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 250 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه شخصیت خودشیفته، مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسالان و مقیاس مشکلات بین­فردی بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: در پژوهش حاضر، ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی (01/0> P، 169/0=β) و سبک دلبستگی اضطرابی (01/0> P، 110/0=β) با صفات شخصیت خودشیفته مثبت و در سطح 01/0 معنادار بود.
نتیجه گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد توجه به مشکلات بین‌فردی و سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن می‌تواند در شناسایی و درک شکل‌گیری صفات خودشیفته نقش مهمی داشته باشد. بنابراین طراحی مداخلات روان‌شناختی مبتنی بر بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تنظیم هیجان می‌تواند در کاهش مشکلات بین‌فردی و ارتقای سلامت روان ورزشکاران مؤثر باشد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present study aimed to model the mediating role of interpersonal problems in the relationship between attachment styles and narcissistic personality traits among athletes.
Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational, and the study had an applied purpose. The statistical population consisted of all athletes residing in Tehran. The sample included 250 participants who were selected via convenience sampling. The research instruments included the Narcissistic Personality Questionnaire, the Adult Attachment Scale, and the Inventory of Interpersonal Problems. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
Results: The results indicated that the indirect path coefficient between the avoidant attachment style (β=0.169, P<0.01) and the anxious attachment style (β=0.110, P<0.01) with narcissistic personality traits was significantly positive and statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that attention to interpersonal problems and insecure attachment styles plays an important role in identifying and understanding the development of narcissistic traits. Therefore, designing psychological interventions focused on improving interpersonal skills and emotion regulation may help reduce interpersonal difficulties and promote athletes’ mental health.
