تاثیر تمرینات پیلاتس، تی .آر .ایکس و ترکیبی بر تعادل، کارکردهای اجرایی و شناختی سالمندان

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرینات پیلاتس، تی آر ایکس و ترکیبی بر تعادل، کارکردهای اجرایی و شناختی سالمندان بود.
روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون بود. نمونه آمای شامل 60 سالمند سالم 65 تا 75 سال بود که به روش دردسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در 4 گروه 15 نفری شامل گروه های پیلاتس، تی.آر.ایکس، ترکیبی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه ها به مدت 8 هفته و هفته ای دو جلسه تمرین کردند.  جهت ارزیابی تعادل از آزمون تعادل ایستا شارپند-رومبرگ و برای ارزیابی کارکرد‌های اجرایی و شناختی از آزمون های استروپ،  و برج لندن  استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک راهه و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شدند. تمامی داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 در سطح معناداری P<0.05 تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک راهه نشان داد تفاوت معناداری در مرحله پس آزمون بین گروه های مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. نتایج آزمون تعقیبی برونفرونی نیز نشان داد گروه تمرین ترکیبی دارای میانگین عملکرد بهتری در تعادل، و مولفه های زمان کل، برنامه ریزی راهبردی و حل مسئله نسبت به گروه های دیگر بودند (P<0.05). همچنین گروه تمرینات پیلاتس نسبت به گروه های تی.آر.ایکس و کنترل  عملکرد بهتری داشتند (P<0.05).
نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد می شود از تمرینات ترکیبی تی.آر.ایکس و پیلاتس جهت بهبود تعادل ایستا، کارکردهای اجرایی، شناختی و تعادل سالمندان سالم استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of Pilates, TRX and mixed exercises on balance, executive and cognitive functions among elderly people.
Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design. The sample consisted of 60 men healthy elderly people aged 65 to 75 years who were selected by availability and randomly assigned to 4 groups of 15 people including Pilates, TRX, combined and control. The groups trained for 8 weeks and two sessions per week. The sharpened Romberg test was used to assess balance and the Stroop and Tower of London tests were used to assess executive and cognitive functions. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc test. All data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 software at a significance level of P<0.05.
Results: The results of the one-way ANOVA showed that there was a significant difference in the post-test stage between the study groups. The results of the post-hoc Bronfoni test also showed that the mixed exercise group had a better average performance in balance, and the components of total time, strategic planning and problem solving compared to the other groups (P<0.05). Also, the Pilates exercise group had a better performance than the TRX and control groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, it is suggested that combined TRX and Pilates exercises be used to improve balance, executive and cognitive functions in healthy elderly people.
