چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روانسنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس هدف‌گذاری مربیگری ورزشکار (CAPS) انجام شد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهشهای غیر تجربی و در زمره پژوهشهای اعتباریابی ابزار میباشد که اطلاعات آن به صورت مقطعی جمعآوری شد. بدین منظور تعداد 200 مربی از شهر تهران به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین پایایی به روش آزمون - آزمون مجدد نیز تعداد 40 نفر انتخاب شد. جهت بررسی روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری، برای تعیین همسانی درونی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و برای پایایی زمانی از روش آزمون - آزمون مجدد یا فاصلة دو هفته استفاده شد. برای انجام محاسبات آماری، از نرم افزارهای SPSS نسخه 18 و SMRT PLS استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم افزار PLS نسخه پنج عاملی هدف مربیگری مرتبط با شایستگی ویژه ورزش، هدف مربیگری مرتبط با شایستگی عمومی ورزش، هدف مربیگری مرتبط با ارتباط، هدف مربیگری مرتبط با عزت نفس و هدف مربیگری مرتبط با شخصیت مقیاس هدف گذاری مربیگری ورزشکار (CAPS) را تایید و نتایج آلفا کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب از همسانی درونی مقیاس CAPS حمایت نمودند.
نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی، نتایج نشان داد نسخه فارسی مقیاس هدف‌گذاری مربیگری ورزشکار (CAPS) از استاندارد لازم برخوردار است و از آن می توان برای شناسایی میزان همسویی بین اهداف مربیگری مربیان و پیامدهای شایستگی، ارتباط، عزت نفس و شخصیت ورزشکاران استفاده نمود تا ارزیابی دقیق از وضعیت مربیگری در مربیان ایرانی در چارچوب مربیگری با کیفیت انجام شود.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present study aimed to investigate the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Coaching Athlete Purpose Scale (CAPS).
Methods: This research falls under the category of non-experimental studies and belongs to the realm of validation studies, where data was collected cross-sectionally. For this purpose, a sample of 200 coaches from Tehran was selected. To determine reliability, a subset of 40 individuals was chosen for test-retest method. Confirmatory factor analysis based on structural equation modeling was used to assess construct validity, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for internal consistency, and test-retest method or a two-week interval was used for temporal stability. Statistical calculations were performed using SPSS-18 and SMRT PLS software.
Results: The results of confirmatory factor analysis in PLS software confirmed the five-factor structure of the Coaching Athlete Purpose Scale (CAPS), including coaching purpose related to sport-specific competence, coaching purpose related to general-sport competence, coaching purpose related to connection, coaching purpose related to self-esteem, and coaching purpose related to character. The results of Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability supported the internal consistency of the CAPS scale.
Conclusion: In general, the results indicate that the Persian version of the Coaching Athlete Purpose Scale (CAPS) meets the necessary standards and can be used to identify the alignment between coaches' coaching goals and athletes' competence, connection, self-esteem, and character outcomes for a comprehensive evaluation of coaching status among Iranian coaches within the framework of quality coaching.
