تاثیر یک دوره مداخلات بازخورد زیستی بر مهارت های روانشناختی افرد نوجوان

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تاثیر یک دوره مداخلات بازخورد زیستی بر مهارت‌های روانشناختی افراد نوجوان بود.

روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات نیمه تجربی با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری آن را نوجوانان با دامنه سنی 14 تا 18 سال منطقه یک شهر تهران تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری نیز شامل تعداد 20 نوجوان (10 دختر و 10 پسر) بود که به صورت در دسترس، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 10 نفره ذهن آگاهی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. برای اندازه‌گیری ویژگی‌های روانشناختی افراد از پرسشنامه اُمست-3 استفاده شد.

نتایج: نتایج نشان داد هرسه اثر مرحله، گروه و تعامل معنی دار می باشد. در ادامه برای پیگیری بیشتر نتایج آزمون t همبسته نیز نشان داد که گروه بازخورد زیستی از پیش آزمون تا پس آزمون افزایش معنی داری در میزان تمرکز گروه تجربی نشان داد. درحالیکه گروه کنترل تغییری نشان نداد. نتایج متغیر بازیابی تمرکز نشان داد هرسه اثرات مرحله و تعامل، معنی دار ولی اثر گروه معنی دار نبود.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که گروه تجربی به طور معنی داری مهارت های روانشناختی بالاتری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشت. بنابراین می‌توان از تمرینات بازخورد زیستی به عنوان روش مکمل جهت ارتقای عملکرد روانشناختی استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The primary aim of this study was to investigate the impact of a series of biofeedback interventions on the psychological skills of teenagers.
Methods: This study utilized a semi-experimental design with two experimental and control groups. The study population consisted of teenagers aged 14 to 18 in district one of Tehran. A sample of 20 teenagers (10 girls and 10 boys) were selected and randomly assigned to either the mindfulness group or the control group. The Ottawa Mental Skills Assessment Tool was used to assess participants' psychological characteristics.
Results: The results indicated that all three effects of stage, group, and interaction were statistically significant. Concentration recovery results showed significant effects of stage and interaction, but not group. Stress reaction results showed significant effects of stage, group, and interaction.
Conclusion: The findings revealed that the experimental group exhibited significantly higher psychological skills compared to the control group. Therefore, incorporating biofeedback exercises may serve as an effective complementary approach to enhance psychological performance.
