چکیده [English]

Purpose: This research aims to investigate the connection between diligence, anger rumination, resilience, and the mental health of semi-skilled archers.
Methods The research method used is correlational description. The statistical population consists of semi-skilled archers aged 20 to 40, participating in recurve, compound, and traditional archery. A sample size of 56 individuals was selected using Cochran's formula. Questionnaires from Barton (1992), Connor Davidson (2003), Sukhodolsky et al. (2001), and Keyes (2002) were utilized, with data analysis conducted using SPSS version 26.
Results: The results show a significant correlation between mental health and variables such as commitment, anger rumination, competence, resilience, and various emotional factors. Multiple linear regression analysis also reveals a significant relationship between diligence and mental health, as well as resilience and mental health.
