Purpose: The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between diligence, anger rumination, resilience and the mental health of semi-skilled archers.
Methods: The current research method is a correlational description and the statistical population includes semi-skilled archers aged 20 to 40, archery in the three disciplines of recurve, compound and traditional archery as available and the sample size of 56 people was selected using Cochran's formula. Barton's hardiness (1992), Connor Davidson resilience (2003), Sukhodolsky et al.'s anger rumination (2001) and Keyes' mental health (2002) questionnaires were used and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 software methods.
Results: According to the results, there is a significant relationship in terms of correlation between mental health and the variables of commitment, anger afterthoughts, anger memories, understanding the causes, anger rumination, competence or personal strength, trust in personal instincts, tolerance of negative emotions, acceptance of positive emotions, secure emotions, restraint and resilience, and there is also a significant relationship in terms of multiple linear regression between the variables of diligence and mental health and the variables of resilience and mental health.
Conclusion: It is worthy to pay special attention to Psychological structure, especially mental health and the optimal level of resilience in sports, especially archery.
