Barreausol is a French word that includes the transfer of exercises and movements of the base of the ballet from a standing position to a horizontal position on the surface. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Barreausol exercises on balance and motor coordination in 10-12 years old Girls. In this study 24 female students (mean age, 10/71 ± 0/80) were accessibly selected. After obtaining consent from parents for their children’s participation in the research, they were randomly divided in two experimental group (n = 12) and control group (n = 12). The pre-test of both groups was performed using Sharpened Romberg static balance test, Star dynamic balance test and KTK motor coordination test. The experimental group practiced Barreausol for 8 weeks (3 sessions per week for 45 minutes) at the end of the last week of intervention; the post-test was taken from both groups as before. During this period, the control group did not have any physical activity. After normal distribution of data using Shapirovilk test (P< 0.05) The results of combined analysis of variance test showed static balance(p=0/007), dynamic balance(p<0/001) and motor coordination(p<0/001) factors the experimental group performed better in the post-test than the control group. Also, within-group changes in the experimental group were significant in all variables (P <0.05). Overall, the results show that Barreausol can be used as an exercise to improve girls' motor skills of balance and motor coordination during this period of age.
