تاثیر برنامه تمرین متوالی حافظه ای بر عملکرد حافظة حرکتی: نقش واسطه ای برتری جانبی

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر برنامه تمرین متوالی حافظه‌ای بر عملکرد حافظة حرکتی و بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای برتری جانبی انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: نمونة آماری این پژوهش نیز شامل 60 زن جوان راست و چپ دست می‌باشند که بصورت در دسترس و براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در چهار گروه تقسیم شدند. تکالیف مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل تکلیف زمان عکس‌العمل زنجیرۀ متناوب، مقیاس حافظۀ وکسلر نسخۀ سوم و آزمون حافظة کاری اِن بَک بود. آزمودنی های مورد مطالعه در پیش آزمون، آزمون اکتساب، آزمون یادداری فوری و 48 ساعت پس از آن در آزمون یادداری شرکت کردند.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد بین عملکرد حافظة حرکتی در مرحله پیش آزمون با هر یک از مراحل اکتساب، یادداری فوری و یادداری تاخیری تفاوت معنادار است. مقایسه میانگین ها نشان داد میانگین عملکرد حافظة حرکتی جوانان در آزمون یادداری تاخیری بهتر از آزمون یادداری فوری، اکتساب و پیش آزمون بود. مقایسه های زوجی بین گروه ها نشان داد آزمودنی های گروه های آزمایشی چپ دست تجربی در مراحل اکتساب، یادداری فوری و یادداری تاخیری عملکرد حافظه حرکتی بهتری نسبت به گروه های دیگر داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد افراد راست و چپ برتر دارای عملکرد بهتری در حافظة حرکتی بودند، لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود مربیان جهت آموزش و همچنین بازتوانی عملکرد به مسئله برتری جانبی توجه ویژه ای داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of the consequence memory training program on youth motor memory performance and to investigate the mediating role of laterality.
Methods: The statistical sample of this study also includes 60 young women on the right and left hands that were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly divided into four groups. The tasks used were included the alternative serial reaction time task, the Wechsler memory scale, third edition, and the Back-N working memory test. Subjects participated in pre-test, acquisition test, immediate retention test and 48 hours later in delayed retention test.
Results: Results showed that there are significant differences between the performances of motor memory in the pre-test stage with each of the stages. Comparison of the groups in motor memory performance showed that the subjects of the left-handed experimental groups had better motor memory performance in all stages than the subjects of the other groups.
Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the left individuals had better performance in motor memory, so it is suggested that trainers pay special attention to the issue of laterality for training and performance of motor skills.
