روان سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسش نامه ارزیابی توانایی روانی ورزشکاران

چکیده

هدف: تعیین روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسش­نامة ارزیابی توانایی روانی ورزشکاران بود. روش­شناسی: 385 ورزشکار (203 مرد و 182 زن، میانگین سنی 18±35) با سطوح متفاوت مهارتی (حرفه­ای و نیمه حرفه­ای) در 14 رشته­ی ورزشی تیمی و انفرادی، شرکت نمودند. پرسش­نامه دارای پنج خرده­مقیاس­ و زیر خرده­مقیاس­های مهارت­های ­پایه (اعتماد به نفس، هدف­گزینی)، مهارت­های عملکردی (کنترل هیجان، آرام­سازی، بازیافت تمرکز)، مهارت­های درون فردی (انسجام گروهی)، خودگفتاری و تصویرسازی ذهنی می­باشد. از پرسش­نامه­های آمادگی روانی امست-3، محیط گروهی در ورزش و خودگفتاری اتوماتیک ورزشی برای روایی همزمان  استفاده گردید. یافته­ها: نشان داد این ابزار دارای مقدار قابل قبول روایی محتوا و صوری است. آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی درونی کل پرسش­نامه (آلفا=82/0) و ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه­ای پایایی زمانیِ کل پرسش­نامه (89/0) و تمامی خرده­مقیاس­ها را تأیید کردند. ضریب همبستگی­ها در تمام خرده­مقیاس­ها برای روایی همزمان با پرسش­نامه­های مشابه با اطمینان 99 درصد معنا­دار شد. روایی سازه از لحاظ تفاوت در سطح مهارت و جنسیت تأیید گردید. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد مدل پنج عاملی پرسش­نامه از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. بحث و نتیجه­گیری: تأییدشد نسخةفارسیپرسش­نامهارزیابی توانایی روانی ورزشکاران می­تواند به عنوان یک ابزار پایا و روا مورد استفاده روان­شناسان ورزشی و مربیان ایرانی قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose was to determine the validity and reliability of the Persian version of the sport mental training questionnaire (SMTQ). Method: Participants were 385 athletes (182 females and 203 males; mean age = 35±18) with different levels of skill (Professional and Semiprofessional athlete) in 14 types of individual and team sports. This questionnaire has five scales with subscales were includes of foundation skills (self-confidence, goal-setting), performance skill (activation control, relaxation, refocusing), interpersonal skills (group integration), self-talk, and imagery. The Ottawa Mental skill, group environment, automatic self-talk questionnaire were used to confirm the concurrent validity. Results: The findings showed that content and displayed validity were acceptable. Cronbach’s αs showed acceptable internal reliability (α=0.82), and interclass correlation coefficient established test-retest reliability of entire questionnaire (0.89) and subscales. The correlation coefficient of all of subscales with the same questionnaire were significant for concurrent validity. Construct validity were confirmed to compare difference between the high and low skill level, female and male athletes. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the adequate fit to the data. Conclusion: the Persian version of the sport mental training questionnaire can be used as a valid and reliable tool for Iranian sport psychologists and coaches.
