Results: The results of this study were categorized into two sections: psychological factors and environmental factors. In the psychological factors section, four main themes emerged: (1) self-confidence, (2) fear of failure, (3) perfectionism, and (4) visualization. Within the environmental factors section, three main themes were identified: (1) lifestyle, (2) interpersonal relationships, and (3) environmental pressure.
