Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this research is to provide a qualitative paradigm for student sports development within dynamic school plans in elementary schools.
Methods: This qualitative study utilized a thematic analysis approach. The statistical population included senior managers from the Ministry of Sports and Youth, as well as senior managers from the National Olympic and Paralympic Committee, totaling 9 individuals. Sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, and MAXQUDA software was used for data analysis and code designation.
Results: Following selective coding interviews, axial codes and open codes were extracted to present a qualitative research paradigm. The results indicated that the qualitative paradigm for student sports development in dynamic school plans consisted of four themes (hardware factors, cultural factors, managerial factors, and extraneous factors), 12 secondary concepts, and 75 primary concepts.
Conclusion: It is recommended that the Physical Education and Health Department of the Ministry of Education focus on developing these four dimensions when implementing dynamic school plans.
