Purpose:The aim of this study was to present a model of factors causing organizational anomie in the General Departments of Sports and Youth of Iran with emphasis on psychological variables.
Methods:Research method in terms of purpose, research and development; it was a descriptive survey and according to the data type,The participants in the qualitative section of all experts and academic experts in the subject of research. In a small part of the statistical population, all managers and employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of Iran were about 2200 people who sampling in structural equations,The findings showed that the data collection tool was valid and reliable. and in quantitative stage data analysis was performed in two parts: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.Results:Finally, 187 primary (main)open codes, 43 axial codes and 5 nuclear codes were identified.The results of the qualitative part in the content factors of 33 main codes and six central codes, institutional factors 28 codes The main and eight central codes, causal factor 50 main codes and eight central codes Psychological factors by 13 main codes and five central codes and organizational anomie factors 23 main codes and eight central codes were identified.The effect of psychological factors on organizational anomie was significant (β = 0.67, p = 0.001).
Conclusion:Psychological factors are the most important factors affecting organizational anomie in the Department of Sports and Youth, which need to be adjusted and examined. It seems that by modifying psychological variables, a large part of organizational anomie can be controlled.
