ارائه الگوی بهزیستی ذهنی و عملکرد ورزشکاران ووشو بر اساس رفتار مربیان

چکیده

هدف: رفاه ذهنی یک سازه چندبعدی است که هم‌زمان با حضور تجارب عاطفی مثبت، رضایت از زندگی و شادکامی و فقدان حالت‌های عاطفی منفی را نشان می­دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی رفاه ذهنی و عملکرد ورزشکاران ووشو بر اساس رفتار مربیان بود.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه گرند تئوری در سال 1400 با مشارکت 15 نفر ووشوکار، 5 نفر مربی ووشو و 3 نفر روانشناس ورزشی شاغل و در سطح باشگاه­های ورزشی سطح استان کردستان انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند بود و تا زمان اشباع داده­ها ادامه پیدا کرد. داده­ها از طریق مصاحبه­های نیمه ساختاریافته و ضبط مصاحبه­ها جمع­آوری شد. صحت و دقت داده­ها با استفاده از معیارهای لینکن و گوبا بررسی شد و داده­ها بر اساس روش اشتراوس کوربین مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: رفتار مربیان از هفت زیر طبقه (سازگاری رفتاری با ورزشکار، ارتباط نزدیک با ورزشکار، مکمل ورزشکار بودن، شفافیت و انتقادپذیری، حمایت عاطفی، آرامش رفتاری، رفتار رهبریت)، رفاه ذهنی از چهار زیر طبقه (خودباوری، رضایت حرفه­ای، آرامش و عزت­نفس) عملکرد ورزشی نیز از سه زیر طبقه (بهبود کیفیت زندگی حرفه­ای، تعهد حرفه­ای و تکامل حرفه­ای) تشکیل‌شده است.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داده شد که رفتار مربیان می‌تواند به‌طور مستقیم رفاه ذهنی و عملکرد ورزشی ووشوکاران را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد و نیز دو مؤلفه رفاه ذهنی و عملکرد ورزشی رابطه علت و معلولی متقابل دارند.

A Novel Model of Subjective Well-Being and Performance of Wushu Athletes based on the Behavior of Coaches

Purpose: Subjective well-being is a multi-dimensional construct that is accompanied by having positive affect experiences, life satisfaction, and awareness of happiness, It should also show the absence of negative affect expressions. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate a novel model of subjective well-being and performance of Wushu athletes based on the behavior of coaches.
Methods: This grounded theory research was done on 15 Wushu players as participants, five Wushu instructors, and three sports psychologists at the level of sports clubs of Kurdistan Province. The sampling was purposeful and it continued until data saturation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and recordings. The accuracy of data was analyzed by Lincoln and Guba criteria and data were analyzed by Strauss and Corbin method.
Results: This study shows that instructors’ behavior is composed of seven sub-categories including (behavioral compatibility with athletes, close relationship with sportsmen or sportswomen, complement to being athletes, transparency and openness to criticism, emotional support, peacefulness, and leadership behavior). Subjective well-being is composed of four sub-categories of (self-confidence, professional satisfaction, peacefulness, and self-esteem). Also, athletic performance was composed of three sub-categories as follows: (improving the quality of professional life, professional commitment, and professional development).    
Conclusion: The result of this study shows that instructors’ behavior can influence the Subjective well-being and athletic performance of Wushu players directly. Also, the components of Subjective well-being and athletic performance have a mutual cause-effect relationship.
