طراحی مدل انعطاف‌پذیری‌ شناختی از طریق مشارکت ورزشی

چکیده

هدف: انعطاف­پذیری ­شناختی در دهه‌های اخیر مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل انعطاف­پذیری ­شناختی از طریق مشارکت ورزشی بود.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی بود. نمونه آماری 14 نفر شامل اساتید و خبرگان حوزه پژوهش که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. روش ﺟﻤﻊ‌آوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ پژوهش‌های پیشین و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ رواﻳﻲ صوری و محتوایی، یافته‌های ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺑﺮای مشارکت‌کنندگان اراﺋﻪ و ﻣﺘﻦ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آن‌ها ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﻧﻈﺮات آن‌ها اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. روش مورد استفاده برای بررسی پایایی، روش توافق درون موضوعی بود. میانگین میزان توافق درون موضوعی 86/0 گزارش شد.
نتایج: بر مبنای یافته‌ها عوامل علی در این پژوهش شامل عوامل شخصیتی و جسمانی، موانع شامل اکتسابی و غیراکتسابی؛ عوامل زمینه­ای شامل بسترسازی آموزشی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی؛ راه­کارها شامل مدیریت و آموزش و سازگاری؛ پیامدها شامل توسعه فردی و توسعه اجتماعی می­باشند.
نتیجه گیری: بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود با توجه به عوامل شناسایی شده، سیاست‌های مدیریتی در جهت پیشبرد انعطاف­پذیری­ شناختی از طریق مشارکت ورزشی تعیین و اجرا شوند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Cognitive flexibility has been considered by researchers in recent decades. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a cognitive flexibility model through sports participation.
Methods: This study was conducted by qualitative method through semi-structured interviews with 14 people including professors and experts in the field of research who were selected by purposeful sampling method. The method of data collection was previous research articles and semi-structured interviews. To examine the face and content validity, the findings were presented to the participants and their theory and theories were reviewed and disseminated. The method used to assess reliability was the in-subject agreement method. The mean of the intra-subject agreement was reported to be 0.86.
Results: According to the findings, causal factors in this study include personality and physical factors, barriers including acquired and non-acquired; contextual factors including educational, cultural, and social contexts; strategies including management and training and adaptation.
Conclusions: Therefore, it is suggested that management policies to promote cognitive flexibility through sport participation be identified and implemented in light of identified factors.
