پیش‌بینی اضطراب در دانشجویان ورزشکاران براساس خودشناسی انسجامی: بررسی نقش میانجیگر ذهنی سازی

چکیده

هدف: اضطراب پاسخ طبیعی بدن است که در نتیجه احساس نگرانی، ترس و استرس در مورد آینده رُخ می­دهد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیش بینی اضطراب  در دانشجویان  ورزشکاران براساس خودآگاهی انسجامی و بررسی نقش میانجیگر ذهنی سازی بود.
روش‌ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود.  جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمام دانشجویان ورزشکار مشغول به تحصیل در رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزش در دانشگاه قم تشکیل ­دادند که از میان آنها 460 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند که پس از ریزش تعداد آنها به 453 نفر رسید. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، مقیاس خودشناسی انسجامی و مقیاس ذهنی‌سازی و مقیاس ذهنی‌سازی دیمیتریویچ و همکاران بود. برازش مدل ساختاری با استفاده از شاخص­های برازش و نرم افزارهای اس.پس.اس.اس و آیموس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد اضطراب قادر به پیش بینی خودشناسی انسجامی در دانشجویان ورزشکار بود (001/0=P، 400/0-=β). همچنین، اضطراب براساس ذهنی سازی (001/0=P، 449/0-=β) و براساس خودشناسی انسجامی با نقش میانجیگری ذهنی سازی در دانشجویان ورزشکار پیش بینی شد (001/0=P، 324/0=β).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد اضطراب قادر به پیش بینی خودشناسی انسجامی با نقش میانجیگر ذهنی سازی در دانشجویان ورزشکار می باشد، لذا پیشنهاد می شود برای کاهش مولفه های اضطراب در دانشجویان ورزشکار، متغیرهای خودشناسی انسجامی و ذهنی سازی مد نظر قرار گیرند.

Predicting Anxiety in Athlete Students Based on Coherent Self-Knowledge: Examining the Mediating Role of Mentalization

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present study aimed to predict anxiety in athlete students based on integrative self-awareness with the mediation of mentalization.
Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all athlete students studying Physical Education and Sport Sciences at Qom Medical Sciences University, from which 453 participants were selected by availabily sampling. The research instruments included Beck Anxiety Inventory, Integrative Self-Awareness Scale, and Dimitrijević et al.'s Mentalization Scale. Structural equation modeling was conducted using fit indices based on SPSS and AMOS softwares.
Results: Results indicated that anxiety was predicted by integrative self-awareness in athlete students (P= 0.001, β = -0.400). Anxiety was also predicted by mentalization (P= 0.001, β = -0.449) in athlete students. Furthermore, anxiety was predicted based on integrative self-awareness mediated by mentalization (P= 0.001, β = 0.324).
Conclusion: In conclusion, anxiety in athlete students was predicted by integrative self-awareness with the mediation of mentalization. Therfore, it is recommended that to reducing anxiety in athlete students should involve considerating the variables of integrative self-awareness and  mentalization.
