اثرات غرور فیزیکی، شرم از بدن و نفوذ اجتماعی در نظارت بر بدن و مشارکت ورزشی زنان: رویکرد معادلات ساختاری

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر اثرات غرور فیزیکی، شرم از بدن و نفوذ اجتماعی در نظارت بربدن و مشارکت ورزشی زنان با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری بود.
روش‌ها: جامعة آماری پژوهش را زنان استان  تهران تشکیل دادند که براساس تخمین حجم نمونة بهینه 281 نمونة قابل ‌قبول گردآوری شد. پرسش‌نامة تصویر بدنی مک­کینلی و هاید (1996) برای بررسی و سنجش نظارت از بدن و شرم از بدن مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از پرسش‌نامة خودبینی هانگ و همکاران  (2011) جهت ارزیابی غرور فیزیکی و نفوذ اجتماعی استفاده شد. در نهایت برای سنجش مشارکت ورزشی از پرسش‌نامه تعدیل‌شده مشارکت ورزشی استفاده‌ شد.
نتایج: ارزیابی مدل بیرونی ابزار پژوهش را تائید کرد. همچنین نتایج برازش مدل درونی نیز حاکی از تناسب مدل درونی داشت. نتایج  نشان داد شرم از بدن با 52/0، غرور فیزیکی با 25/0 و نفوذ اجتماعی با 15/0 به ترتیب بر نظارت و در نهایت نظارت بدن نیز 46/0 بر مشارکت ورزشی زنان اثرگذاری مثبتی و معناداری داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی توجه بیشتر به نظارت بر بدن در بین زنان، به سطح بالای مشارکت ورزشی می­انجامد.. پرداختن به ورزش می­تواند از عوامل تقویت ابعاد نظارت بر بدن همچون کاهش شرم از بدن، افزایش غرور فیزیکی و نفوذ اجتماعی در بین زنان باشد که خود نشان از سلامت اجتماعی و روانی زنان جامعه دارد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present study aimed to investigate the effects of physical pride, body shame, and social influence on women's body monitoring and sport participation with a structural equation approach.
Methods: The statistical population of the study consisted of women in Tehran province. Based on an optimal sample size of 281 acceptable samples were collected on social media. The McKinley and Hyde (199) questionnaire, the Hang et al. (2011) questionnaire, and the modified physical activity questionnaire were the measuring tools.
Results: External model evaluation confirmed the research instrument. The results of fitting the internal model also showed the fit of the internal model. The results of fitting the internal model also showed the fit of an internal model. Results showed that body shame (0.52), physical pride (0.25), and social influence (0.15), finally, bodybuilding had a positive and significant effect on sport participation of women (0.46).
Conclusion: Finally, more attention to body monitoring in women leads to a higher level of athletic participation. Engaging in sports can be a factor in the strengthening of monitoring bodies such as reducing the shame of the body, and increasing pride in the physical and social influence among women, which is a sign of social and mental health of women has it.
