پیش‌بینی انگیزش شرکت در ورزش دانش‌آموزان دختر بر اساس ارتباط چند بعدی خود با بدن

چکیده

هدف: هدف این تحقیق، پیش‌بینی انگیزش شرکت در ورزش دانش‌آموزان دختر بر اساس ارتباط چند بعدی خود با بدن بود.

روش‌ها: جامعه آماری دانش‌آموزان دختر شهرستان قرچک با دامنه سنی (18-16سال) و نمونه آماری شامل 350 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر با میانگین سنی (72/0± 88/16سال) به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه‌ی ارتباط چند بعدی خود با بدن و انگیزش شرکت در فعالیت‌های ورزشی استفاده شد.

نتایج: نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین متغیر ارتباط چند بعدی خود با بدن و انگیزش مشارکت ورزشی در دانش‌آموزان دختر رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که از 10 مؤلفه ‌ ارتباط خود با بدن ، در مدل اول فقط مؤلفه‌ی رضایت بدنی 15 درصد و در مدل دوم مؤلفه‌های رضایت بدنی 7/13 درصد و گرایش به تناسب 5/22 درصد از واریانس متغیر ملاک را بطور مثبت و معنادار تبیین می‌کنند.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته های حاضر به مربیان ورزشی و معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان قرچک پیشنهاد می‌کند که احتمالا باید بر اهمیت رشد و بهبود ارتباطات چند بعدی خود با بدن دانش‌آموزان تأکید داشته باشند. همچنین در کلاس درس تربیت بدنی، توسعه خود تنظیمی صورت گرفته و اهداف برای افزایش انگیزه شرکت در فعالیت‌های ورزشی بیشتر دانش‌آموزان، جهت داده شوند.

Predicting the Sports Participation Motivation of Female Students Based on Multidimensional Body-Self Relations

Purpose: The aim of this study was to predict the participation motivation of female students in sports based on dimensions of body-self relations.
Methods: The statistical sample included 350 female students in Qarchak city, aged 16-18 years, with a mean age of 16.88 ± 0.72 years, selected randomly. Questionnaires on Multidimensional Body-Self Relations and participation motivation in sports activities were utilized.
Results: Pearson correlation tests indicated a significant positive relationship between body-self relations and participation motivation in sports among female students. Multivariate regression analysis revealed that out of the 10 components of body-self relations dimensions, the first model showed that only physical satisfaction explained 15% of the variance in the criterion variable. In the second model, physical satisfaction (13.7%) and tendency to fit (22.5%) significantly explained the variance of the criterion variable.
Conclusion: Based on the findings, sports coaches and physical education teachers are recommended to emphasize the importance of enhancing body-self relations dimensions among students. By developing body-self relations in physical education classes and setting goals to increase motivation, students may be more inclined to participate in higher-level sports activities.
