The research method is a causal-comparative one. The study sample comprised of coaches and lifeguard staff of swimming Aggression questionnaire (AQ) and Ahvaz Psychological Hardiness Inventory (AHI) is used to collect data. The Data is analyzed using the correlation coefficient, significant relation between psychological aggression and hardiness of swimming coaches and saviors. Also, there is negative correlation between hardiness and physical subscales and also between hardiness and hostility subscale, but there is no such relation between hardiness and anger and verbal subscales. The results also show that with regard to psychological hardiness increases ability of people to control situations, control their behavior, commitment to duty and facing with events, thus psychological hardiness as a source of inner strength can reduce the negative effects of aggressiveness.
