Methods: The sample included 293 primer league players. The scale of locus of control and Alderfer's needs questionnaire were used to assess the locus of control and motivational factors, respectively. Data was analyzed by Pearson correlation test, simple and multiple linear regression tests in SPSS 19. Results: According to the results, there was a significant positive correlation between internal locus of control and dependency needs (r=0.561; P<0.0001), and growth needs (r=0.661; P<0.0001), and also external locus of control with dependency needs (r=0.551; P<0.0001), and growth needs (r=0.596; P<0.0001). Regression models showed that locus of control has a significant ability to predict players' motivation (Beta= 0.397). Conclusion: The results suggested a significant effect of both internal and external locus of control on dependency and growth needs. Thus, self-consciousness related to this personality trait is very important for football players. چکیدههدف تحقیق: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطهی مرکز کنترل و انگیزش بازیکنان لیگ برتر با الگو قرار دادن مدل انگیزشی آلدرفر(زیستی، وابستگی، رشد) انجام گرفت. روشتحقیق: نمونه پژوهش شامل 293 بازیکن شاغل در لیگ برتر به صورت در دسترس انتخابگردید. برای سنجش مرکز کنترل از مقیاس مرکز کنترل راتر، و برای سنجش عوامل انگیزیشی بازیکنان از پرسشنامه نیازهای آلدرفرو آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: یافتههای SPSS استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار 19و رشد (r=0/561؛ p <0/ پژوهش حاکی از وجود همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار میان مرکز کنترل درونی با نیازهای وابستگی ( 0001بود. مدلهای (r=0/596؛ p <0/ و نیاز رشد ( 0001 (r=0/551؛ p <0/ و نیز مرکز کنترل بیرونی با نیاز وایستگی ( 0001 (r=0/661؛ p <0/0001)0) را داراست . بحث و / رگرسیونی نشان میدهد مرکز کنترل توانایی پیشبینی معنیدار انگیزش بازیکنان (ضریب تعیین برابر 397نتیجهگیری: نتایج بدست آمده گویای تأثیر قابل توجه هر دو مرکز کنترل درونی و بیرونی بر نیاز وابستگی، و همچنین بر نیاز رشد است .بنابراین خودآگاهی نسبت به این ویژگی شخصیتی در میان اعضای فوتبال، بسیار حائز اهمیت است. https://mbsp.sbu.ac.ir/article_99555_919dffbab1de6cbc94ba2372c350699d.pdf
