In addition to the usual rehabilitation program, both groups performed exercise program according to their instructions. Upper limb joints range were evaluated before and after treatment using MSD marker goniometer and gross manipulative skills assessed using box and block tests (BBT).Results: The results showed that the effect of group, effect time, effect interaction of time group in both variables of gross manipulative skill and range of motion of upper limb joints were significant.Conclusion: despite the positive effect of bimanual motor trainings on the rang of motion of the joints and gross motor skill in affected hand children with hemiplegic, but bilateral motor trainings with mirror had a greater effect that can be explained by mechanism of mirror neurons. اثر شش هفته تمرینات حرکتی دوطرفه با و بدون آینه بر دامنه حرکتی و مهارت دستکاری درشت دست مبتلا کودکان فلج مغزی همی پلژی اسپاستیکچکیدههدف: هدف از حاضر بررسی اثر شش هفته تمرینات حرکتی دوطرفه با و بدون آینه بر دامنه حرکتی و مهارت دستکاری درشت دست مبتلا کودکان فلج مغزی همی پلژی اسپاستیک بود. روش شناسی: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی( IR.KUMS.REC.1398.493) تعداد 16 کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی همی پلژی در دو گروه آزمایشی1 تمرینات دوطرفه در آینه، و گروه آزمایشی2 تمرینات حرکتی بدون آینه تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه علاوه بر برنامه معمول توانبخشی، مطابق دستورالعمل هایشان به تمرینات حرکتی پرداختند. دامنه حرکتی مفاصل اندام فوقانی قبل و بعد از درمان با استفاده از گونیامتر نو پزشکی با مارک MSD و مهارت دستکاری درشت با استفاده از آزمون جعبه و بلوک ( BBT) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر گروه، اثر زمان و نیز اثر تعاملی گروه * زمان در مورد هر دو متغیرمهارت دستکاری درشت و دامنه حرکتی مفاصل اندام فوقانی، معنادار می باشد(p <./05).نتیجه گیری: برغم تاثیر مثبت تمرینات حرکتی دو طرفه بر دامنه حرکتی مفاصل و مهارت حرکتی درشت دست مبتلای کودکان همی پلژی، اما تمرینات حرکتی دوطرفه با آینه، اثر بیشتری داشت که می تواند با مکانیزم نورون های آینه ای تبیین شود.  https://mbsp.sbu.ac.ir/article_101260_674d9635e8a475e7dcad0d5f21529ffb.pdf
