چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهشﺣﺎﺿﺮ بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی پرسشنامه ورزشی جهتگیری هدف خودمداری و تکلیفمداری در ورزشکاران جوان باشگاههای ورزشی استان فارس بود.روش: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع زمینهیابی است. تعداد 255 ورزشکار از 4 باشگاه مردانه و 3 باشگاه زنانه در استان فارس به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند.یافتهها: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ به شیوة چرخشی، دو ﻋﺎﻣل جهتگیریهدف (جهتگیری خودمدار و تکلیفمدار) را ﻧﺸﺎن داد که در مردان 05/38 و در زنان 01/39 درصد از واریانس کل جهتگیریهدف را تبیین میکنند. ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﺴﺎﻧﯽ دروﻧﯽ از طریق آﻟﻔﺎیﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ در کل پرسشنامه (به ترتیب در مردان و زنان 55/0 و 72/0) و نیز از طریق دونیمهسازی (به ترتیب در مردان و زنان 46/0 و 59/0) رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ضرایب روایی همگرای پرسشنامه جهتگیری هدف ورزشی بین 34/0-79/0 بود.نتیجهگیری: پرسشنامه جهتگیری هدف خودمداری و تکلیفمداری در ورزش برای بهرهگیری پژوهشگران به منظور بررسی انگیزه موفقیت ورزشکاران جوان، شرایط لازم را داراست.
